| 中國人認為不景氣還是要吃及做吃永遠不會沒落的觀念下，又因西式速食具有便利、快速、衛生、清潔、明亮、服務佳、 重視客戶服務等特質。西式速食很快在台灣連鎖餐飲市場佔有一席重要之地，西式速食加盟資料可參閱加盟檔案內行業別西式餐飲。如果以趨勢就投資經營的觀點來看，西式速食的消費市場潛力，大於各式餐飲市場。 目前國內的西式速食市場，以漢堡、炸雞與批薩為三大主要消費產品。若以聯鎖店數來看西式速食早餐業應是國內連鎖店數第一行業。但近期西式速食餐飲界因不景氣及速食連鎖店市場趨近飽和、競爭激烈影響下，西式速食餐飲有些變化，麥當勞、肯德基開店速度趨緩，頂呱呱出現負成長，小鬥士德州炸雞經營權易手。 阿甘認為在知名品牌宣傳及促銷下，西式速食市場將持續擴大，但因不景氣致使消費金額降低及速食連鎖店市場趨近飽和、競爭激烈影響下，投資風險將逐漸提高，專業性經營就相對更加重要，連鎖體系因握有資金、人力...等等優勢 將因此大者恆大，西式速食專賣店則應有獨特產品，才能和目前連鎖店做一市場區隔，另外專賣店經營者應時時思考，如何創造商品附加價值最大化，才能在速食市場佔有一席之地。 |

| 嗯........... 依本人三年多的經驗,三個人ㄧ天做8000以上似乎有點.........不太相信, 而且現在早餐店幾乎都不收加盟金啦!! 要不然最多5萬塊!!你是哪一家的ㄚ?? |
